The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to the following products:

  • Gillette Venus MoistureGlide with Argan Oil Razor (1 handle + 2 blade refills)

  • Gillette Venus Extra Smooth Sensitive Razor (1 handle + 1 blade refill, 1 handle + 2 blade refills, 1 handle + 3 blade refills, 1 handle + 4 blade refills)

The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorize retailers of Gillette Company LLC. This warranty applies to just the handle, and does not apply to any cartridges or other accessories included with purchase or purchased separately. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. Gillette warrants that the handle shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when it is used under normal household conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, cosmetic changes in line with normal use, consequential or incidental damages, or damage resulting from accident, dropping, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use, commercial use, or due to failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.



If the handle fails to work properly, in accordance with the above terms, Gillette, at its option, will: (1) replace the handle at no charge; (2) provide a pre-paid gift card for the MSRP at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes; or (3) replace with a similar product or products of equal or greater value. In order to initiate a warranty claim, call 1-800-445-5388. Proof of purchase is required.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
